We create products that end homelessness for women through employment
MADE by Downtown Women’s Center launched in 2011 as a social enterprise creating meaningful employment for women transitioning out of homelessness.
Through paid work, hands-on training, and skill-building workshops, women gain the experience and support needed to move toward long-term employment. MADE includes three businesses—our Home & Gift Collection, Resale Boutique, and Café — each offering experience in production, inventory, retail, and customer service within a supportive environment.
Every purchase at MADE by DWC directly supports women as they build skills, confidence, and pathways to economic stability.
