At this time, the Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Please keep in mind any potential delays when placing your order

Shipping

To ensure the timely arrival of your items and avoid additional shipping charges, please double check your shipping address is correct during checkout.

Your item(s) will be mailed within three business days.

We use USPS Priority Mail for all orders. Shipping costs are based on the weight of all item purchases. The price includes delivery confirmation for domestic orders and a minimal amount for packaging and fees. Please be advised that shipping costs and service are subject to change for orders weighing over 15lbs.

USPS Priority Mail generally arrives in two to three days, but is not guaranteed to arrive in that time frame. If you require rush shipping, please contact us and we’ll accommodate your needs the best we can. Additional fees for rush shipping will apply.

We currently only ship within the continental United States.

Standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • 0.0 lb - 1.0 lb  $4.95
  • 1.0 lb - 3.0 lb $7.95
  • 3.0 lb - 7.0 lb $10.95
  • 7.0 lb - 15.0 lb $15.95
  • 15.0 lb and up TBD upon checkout

Refunds and Exchanges

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the type of products purchased. Please review the following policies below, and reach out to our team at customerservice@madebydwc.org with any questions. 

In all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipment.  

Home & Gift 

We will honor refunds and exchanges of our Home & Gift products including candles, soaps, bath salts, stationery and branded apparel within 14 days of receiving your purchase.  

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at customerservice@madebydwc.org for a replacement.  
 

Resale Boutique 

All sales from the Resale Boutique are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange for store credit. Store credit returns must be received within 14 days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.  

All sales of items marked “final sales” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

Coffee & Drinkware 

All sales of coffee and drinkware items are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer store credit to replace your item. Please reach out to our team with any questions.
